  • Tim and Annelise Stys: Owners

    After living in the NYC area for many years, in 2020 Tim and Annelise relocated to Annelise’s hometown of Readsboro and purchased RGS from longtime owners Tom and Brenda Dente. Through RGS, Tim and Annelise are delighted to share their love of delicious food and quality goods with the community. Owning RGS and running it with our amazing crew is truly a dream come true!

  • Larry Pladdys: Executive Chef

    Chef Larry began his career at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He then continued to hone his skills in various restaurants across the Northeast and Capital Region. We are delighted to have his singular talent and vision guiding our kitchen. In his spare time Larry enjoys spending time with his son and playing the guitar.

    Stacy Bolte: Sous Chef

    With decades of experience in the restaurant biz, we are thrilled to bring Stacy’s talent and passion for flavor to RGS’s kitchen. In particular, she is the queen of the Whoopie Pie and specializes in her signature Pumpkin Spice Whoopie Pie (a crowd favorite). When she’s not at work you can catch her cheering on her son during football season.

  • CJ Poulen

    CJ started with us during the summer of his senior year and has been part of the fam ever since! He is a computer wiz with a heart of gold who knows all the prices in the store and helps ensure our POS is running smoothly. CJ genuinely loves meeting and interacting with our customers. In his spare time CJ enjoys bowling, trading card games, and Math!
